Dear Yuletide writer,

I am easy to please and I want you to write a story that you are excited about! But if you are interested, here is some info about the things I like in fic and the things I like about each of the fandoms I requested.

General likes: I love AUs, happy endings, melancholy endings, found families, friendship, ensemble fics, porn (although this is never required for me to enjoy a story), good dialogue, slow-build sexual tension, and world-building. I like stories that critique problematic real-life stuff like sexism and homophobia.

General dislikes: incest, non-con, humiliation, misogyny, a/b/o, mpreg.

Things I like about the fandoms I requested:

The Expanse
I just discovered this show recently and binge-watched the entire thing way too quickly. I love the worldbuilding and the characters and all the many conflicts that are happening all the time. I am so curious about all the different characters' backstories, their motivations, and their relationships with each other. I would love to read your take on any of these things and I truly would love to read about any character you would choose to focus on.

Dark is Rising Sequence
I recently re-read a few books from this series and remembered how much I loved them as a kid. The mystery and magic of this universe is so deep. The friendship and deep feelings between Will and Bran is probably one of the most important things about the series to me and I would love any sort of story that explored more of the connection between these characters.

The Locked Tomb trilogy
OMGGG these books! I adore them. I've read both Gideon the Ninth and Harrow the Ninth so don't worry about spoilers. I can't lie - I want to read so much fic of Gideon and Harrow having the most epic romantic escapades. I would love to read an AU where they fall in love somewhere slightly less creepy and tragic (or whatever, creepy/tragic is fine too).
